I had my first appointment at the Trumbull location with Dr. Tuohy. First of all, when I originally called to schedule an appointment I was thinking it was going to take weeks or months to be seen. Much to my surprise the receptionist said they had an opening that very same day! I was so relieved and extremely thankful. The front desk staff were super nice and very helpful. I didn’t catch the nurse’s name who did my EKG, but she was also super sweet and also helped to ease my anxiety. Dr. Tuohy was amazing! Excellent treatment from both Dr. Staples and the staff. Very professional explaining why my concerns for my visit and what he found and why, and assured me my I had no health issues. And only that my pace maker battery was low on power and would be need to be replaced
We agreed on further visits, and decide at what time it would be replaced
Charles was very thorough and explained afib to me .
Went over details about what I shoueducateld do in the future.
I would not hesitate to see Charles in the future. Appreciate the time he took to educate me.
