Here are some more specific things I appreciated:
1) Rikki doesn’t rush you as you’re getting ready beforehand / dressing again to leave. Instead, you are invited to take your time, stretch, and breathe deeply.
2) The heated massage table was an unexpected but very pleasant touch! (But if you aren’t into that, it is optional)
3) The music was very relaxing, and the lighting was appropriately dim.
4) Rikki asked me beforehand if there were any areas of particular concern that deserved extra attention.
5) The light stretching during the massage, as well as the hand and neck massage, were highlights.
6) Rikki offered me a small towel to cover my eyes for the latter half of the massage where I laid face-up. For the former half, while I was laying down, I was also offered a platform to rest my arms on comfortably.
7) Parking is free and if you have any trouble finding your way, Rikki is very easy to communicate with.
8) The studio is a private room, so it was just the masseuse and I. There were no disturbances such as people walking in and out, which was nice.”
