The proposal was not as much as I had expected, which was nice. He gave a good breakdown of the different options. One thing was added when I went to sign that was not previously discussed, but he was quick to respond with an explanation and apology when I asked about it. No harm, no foul. I was also able to schedule services to start within a few days which is fantastic. Inspection was free, cost of services depends on many factors but i feel for pest and rodent it was certainly priced reasonably.“
