The customer service was great and purchasing the products were also no problem, only issue I have isn’t with the store but the flooring. I purchased 3 different hardwood floors.1 which I paid almost 10$ a sq foot because it was beautiful and was told it was one of the hardest woods.I installed Bella Brazilian walnut flooring in my kitchen, right from the beginning I started noticing all the little dings in the flooring from almost absolutely nothing happening to the floor.I’ve had it almost a year now in my kitchen and there are over 100 little dents in it from stuff falling, the stupidest little thing will fall and there is a dent. I had a great experience with LL flooring with our new floor replacement project. The associate Victoria at Hartford location was very helpful, helped us patiently. We had some extra unopened boxes and the return was very easy. Overall my experience was great with LL flooring.
