The Center is absolutely Amazing! I’m a beginner who suffers severely with fibromyalgia, and while intimidating this has been some of the best practice I’ve ever had in my life. It’s helped reducing my pain and it’s helping lift my mood. The teachers are so thoughtful and attentive and caring, and explain everything so that I am able to understand what the position is and why I’m doing it and how it’s going to help me. I couldn’t be more grateful to have found such a great place with such caring and understanding people and I can’t wait to continue learning from them! Erin and Petra are awesome and Alex is amazing! Great environment for any level. Have great choices of classes and times to fit anyone's schedule. Explore the class descriptions for the style you are looking for and you are sure to find a fit.

Its a very welcoming space. Clean and the yogis are helpful. I’m a beginner do to me this is important. I go to the Guilford location. Great idea being in a complex that is based on wellness
