Our vet (not Dr. Bernie) had been involved in all his care and had seen Henry that morning telling us he was at the end. Maybe for reasonable reasons they wouldn't sneak us in at the end of the day. Dr. Bernie and Adorable Pets, however, made room for us at the end of their day to ease Henry's way. They were so kind and caring - and this was the first time they met us! It was incredible. They even sent us a personalized condolence card. Our vet hasn't even followed up with us since our devastating final appointment. You can be sure we will be going to Dr Bernie when we welcome a new pup into our lives. I can't say thank you enough.“

“My Siberian husky strained her back on New Year's Eve. She was in so much pain she could barely walk. Dr. Torlone relaxed her with the laser therapy and followed it with accupuncture. One week later she was back to her normal behavior and happy to be moving without pain. The treatment helped her to heal quickly and completely. They saw my broken heart and treated my Salem and I with such tenderness and kindness. Salem mattered to them, too. I had Salem cremated and had a pawprint put in clay. Bonnie did Salem's print and did such a beautiful and lovely job. All of the doctors are so patient, professional and knowledgeable. They provide both of our dogs with the best care. We have the utmost trust in their recommendations. They have referred us to specialists at other hospitals on occasion and have continued to follow the care of our dogs. They do not just hand off their care to someone new.

I think one of the best things about this hospital is that the doctors are always available. Anytime I call with a question or email, I always am able to connect with a doctor within minutes with the answer. This is rare to come by so I've found out!
