There aren’t enough good words to describe Old Lyme Animal Hospital. I’m a first time dog-mom and my puppy was sick and not being treated well at our first vet. OLV got us in same day and started his treatment immediately. Every member of the team has been so kind and compassionate, and has cared so well for my pup. Even on a day when I didn’t have an appointment scheduled with the doctor, she took time out of her lunch to answer my questions and help us. She could easily have called me later, but she cares so much. I cannot thank them enough.
