Salem Valley is my choice for our pet's care.
There are several reasons why, but the main reason is the special care they give to our pets.
The desk staff, the technicians, and the doctors are fantastic.
From answering questions, and concerns, to providing medicine, and nutritional information, there is nothing they can't help me with.
The clinic is clean, neat, and very organized.
If you are looking for a new vet...this is the place for you.
Dr Hunt is beyond amazing. He’s been our dogs vet for years now at Salem Valley and he has never steered us wrong, always figures out what’s wrong and always has plan. Both our dogs had chronic issues (one heart and Spleen and the other has kidney disease) and he was/is there for them at any given time when a problem arises. The receptionist Lissa is also amazing, she’s is super responsive, accommodating and such a pleasure to deal with. I drive an hour away to keep my dogs at Salem Valley, I’ll never go anywhere else.
Brought our nervous girl Penny in for her first vet visit after moving to the area recently. From the moment we walked it we were impressed. The CSRs were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The techs were sweet, gentle, and comforting. Dr Hunt was kind, thorough, and compassionate. Everyone was so professional and seemed to truly love what they do. We will be bringing our special needs boy to them too.
