I would absolutely recommend TEAM! They’ve now taken care of two of my cats, and they were amazing with both of them. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been so kind and their prices are some of the most affordable in CT. Yes, it can sometimes take a while to get an appointment or reach someone by phone, but they’re incredibly busy and always booked, so I completely understand. I’m so grateful to have such an affordable option for my fur babies. :) A huge thank you from Apollo and Gaia! 💗
Cannot say enough good things about TEAM. I’ve gotten all 4 of my cats spayed & neutered through them, my parents got their 2 boys done here as well, no issues ever & my kitties were active & playing the day after surgery. The vet team are incredible & very sweet, I admire what they do for. Highly recommend, if I could give more stars I would, please consider donating if you can, it’s so worth it for the kindness & care they put into these kitties. Thank you guys for great care & affordable spay/neuter.
From start to finish everyone I interacted with, by phone or in person treated me with respect, allowed my questions and assisted me with the process. My cat munchkin was well taken care of by caring staff and returned safe and sound with after his neutering.
The only feedback I have is when you call to obtain an appointment you will be told to call on a specific date and to keep trying as you will receive a busy signal. The phone line is open for a limited time and appointments are first come first serve.
