Recently, I visited the Animal Hospital of Old Saybrook with my fourteen year old cat for the first time. We were immediately greeted by a friendly young woman to review paperwork, then show us to our room. She was so kind. Our entire visit was thoroughly knowledgeable, and caring. Dr. Shrack conveyed a kind expertise for my cat’s medical issues, and I felt quite confident in the care he would be receiving. Seeing Fluffy relaxed and calm throughout the visit, helped me feel calm during his visit, as well! Thanks so much.

Very positive experience. I have utmost confidence in the staff and Dr. Offut. Staff and doctor was very friendly and helpful. I immediately felt at ease and very much appreciated the care they took with my new puppy and five year old Yorkshire Terrier. I definitely recommend Animal Hospital of Old Saybrook.

Exceptional, personalized care from all! We had just moved to the area when we discovered our Westie had significant health issues. AHOS exceeded our expectations - initial visit the next day, ongoing collaboration with our dog's other health care providers, swiftly responsive to many questions/concerns. Dr. Offutt and techs are very knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced. And the staff is super helpful! The icing on the cake is the care and support we received from all. My dog is doing amazing, and we are so grateful!
