I worked with K Shea & Co for my wedding in March. Keri and Nicole were an incredible team. We arranged a hair and makeup trial that went wonderfully. I didn't have a lot of time and they were very efficient, while also being so thoughtful and encouraging! On the day of the wedding, they arrived on time, even early! and jumped right into preparing the bridal party. They were able to fit in a couple services I hadn't thought to plan for. When it came to my hair and makeup, they were able to make last minute adjustments that fit my style, personality, and wishes! It was exactly what I wanted, and I felt so well taken care of. My one piece of advice is to communicate and double check the list of services your party wants BEFORE the day of so Keri and Nicole have the right services planned before they arrive. It will make the experience even smoother. You will not regret working with this lovely and caring team.

I had an appointment with Amy C. today and my hair came out so beautiful!! Im very pleased with it.Amy took her time with me and I never felt rushed. She even helped me get the right shampoo and conditioner for my very fine, thin hair. Today's color and cut was going to be a new look for me so I was anxious. Amy explained everything she was doing to my hair and why. She also took the time to show me what other services the salon has to offer so I plan to go back for eyebrows and nails. The experience was overall amazing!
Came here hoping for a walk-in while I was at the laundromat. There were none available - but they referred me to the barber shop a few doors down (that I was unaware of), rather than just having me book an appointment and I really appreciate that.

Head rush salon as a whole exceeded my expectations! The owner, Bridgette, is so sweet, personable, and truly loves what she does in her craft while also supporting her very talented stylist as well. Shania took me on as a client as a color correction from a previous stylist that I was going to. She made me feel comfortable and confident that she could bring my hair back to life. She did just that and I couldn’t be more happy. I wish I had gone to her in the first place, highly recommend Head Rush salon. They are all super educated and have mastered their craft. When I tell you I have never felt more comfortable in a hair salon, I mean it! The women there are so kind and comforting, they make you feel like family. The place is ADORABLE. I went in with not only a botched haircut from before that Kathy fixed, but I also wanted a certain style and was so scared to get it and Kathy went for it and I love it!!!! This place is amazing!!!!!!!

The hair stylists make sure you are happy from the time you step foot through the door to you getting up from their chair. They check in with you multiple times to make sure they are getting everything right. I hadn't been in 2 years (I wasn't in the area) but I was treated like a regular customer. I was extremely comfortable and confident in my stylist. If anyone wants a welcoming environment ans a good cut, this is the place to go.

I was running about 7 minutes late and I was still taken for my pedicure right away!! Plus, for the record, I called at 11:38am and asked for a 12pm appointment; and they were able to accommodate my request!!! On a Saturday even!!! I used to come here all the time with my step daughter. We only stopped coming because she learned how to do her nails on her own. I will once again be a repeat customer!!!! Great customer service as always. Was greated as soon as I walked in.... by all employees! Love that!!

Im 55 and been going for 15 years to Scruples with Heidi- she is amazing- my color has been always perfect after years of different salons and having my hair color fixed in past- I'm so thankful to have a place that I have no worries how my hair will look and that I'll feel "great"when I leave.
I brought my 96 year old neighbor to get a pedicure along with myself. They could not have been more accommodating by firstly opening the door so she could get in with her walker, helping her onto the chain which was very difficult for her, taking off and then putting her shoes back on when done. Ann who did her pedicure was patient and understanding. Took her time and was extremely gentle.
My pedicure with Amy was equally as wonderful.
The facility was bright and clean. Everyone was extremely helpful.
The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is I also had my upper lip waxed and the wax must have been too hot and burned my upper lip section in 2 spots.
I did not know this until I got into the car to drive home. I know she knew she it was extremely obvious, but choose not say anything.
I should not have been charged for it.
Over the next few days it scabbed over. It looked very unpleasant.
But my overall experience was positive and I would definitely go back.
I recently had a chemical peel with Amber, and I have to say, it was a lovely experience. She was very polite, courteous, and gentle throughout the whole process. The results are amazing—the glow on my skin is unmatched, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments.
There was one small thing, though, that I thought I’d mention. As I was leaving, I realized my pants zipper had been open. When I was paying, Amber seemed a bit distracted, possibly checking her phone, and I couldn’t help but wonder if she had noticed. Fortunately, I spotted it as I was walking out, catching a glimpse of myself in a glass door, and was able to take care of it before anything awkward happened.
I’m sure Amber didn’t want to make me uncomfortable by pointing it out, especially as a new client. Still, I think a quick, discreet heads-up would have been appreciated, just to avoid a potentially embarrassing moment. That said, it didn’t detract from the overall great experience, and I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit.
Prior to having permanent OR anything done to my body I do extensive research. It had been a while & I found EXODUS. I made an appointment and met with Nico. We spoke as I had questions. All my questions were answered until I was comfortable enough to proceed, Even though I have many piercings and tattoos, this establishment was new to me. The environment was clean & felt welcoming to me. The pricing is absolutely reasonable, do your research. I am a nurse, sterile techniques & sterilized equipment was used. Now it’s up to me to maintain proper care for my 2 lip piercings. I’ll be back for more!! Thanks again Nico & my support Poppy

Scott had done a lot of work for me in the past and has done an amazing job over the years. It was so disappointing when he retired, as I'm having a tough time finding a plumber as talented as Scott. He literally could fix anything without trying to upsell or pressure anyone into buying a new part, etc, when the existing part could easily be fixed. Also, he was ALWAYS on time as well! Five Stars all the way for Allevo Plumbing & Heating LLC!
Mike installed a new gas furnace and new central air unit as well as fixing some plumbing issues in my condo in Enfield. Mike did an excellent job and I would hire him again anytime.

Mike from A-1 Plumbing was very efficient, friendly, professional and did a great job fixing my water heater. I was without hot water for a night and he came as soon as I called. I was showering by the end of the night. I would definitely recommend A-1Plumbing to anyone.

Installed a generator plug on the outside of our house, fixed the main wire coming into the house, replaced main panel and added a separate panel for switching over to the generator outside. A big shout out to Danielle & Todd. Danielle took my call immediately in advance of the biggest snow storm so far this season - our Kohler generator wasn't kicking over. Danielle was able to connect with Todd who happened to be on the road for a service call but in the vicinity. Todd stopped by within 30 minutes of my call - how often do you get service like that!? He immediately diagnosed the issue and had the generator running in less than 5 minutes with a software update. Todd knows his way around an engine and is very experienced with Kohler equipment. Dan and Gary did a fantastic job installing our flooring! We did make arrangements to have the basement done then return on the 10th of November to do the rest of the house. We were told that when they arrived, they will not leave the job until complete. No big issue however guys are working in our kitchen at 6pm. Today they will complete the job sometime during the 7pm hour. In my humble opinion, it’s way too long to tie up clients home. I can’t stress enough how great a job installing the floor! Communication from the store was nonexistent once we bought the flooring.
From the time we entered Darlene Flooring on Hazard Ave. and met Tyler , it was game on. We discussed our needs aand Tyler showed us several samples. We took a few home to try. Tyler visited our home to see our special needs and how the old flooding could be removed. A plan was set and a quote given. The two gentlemen who came were true experts in flooring. They did an absolutely perfect job and were able to meet our special flooring problem. Also very clean and neat process. We could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Perfection! I worked with the father and son duo Tom and Tom! Just had my front flower beds gutted and re-planted as well as have a large tree taken down and discarded. They went above and beyond my expectations and the end result is crisp, clean and beautiful. The price of the work was great. They were even able to schedule the work within a couple days of confirming the work. I cannot say enough great things about the company and the crew. You will not be disappointed-call them for your yard and tree work!
I had to have the main walkway, pavers, to my front door repaired, as the pavers had settled far more than ever expected, and the walkway became a possible liability (tripping hazard). Jeff repaired the walk by elevating the pavers; and replaced the edging, which had worked its way out of the soil, with some broken pieces. He and his crew did a fine job! They also laid traprock under my new fence, and behind my shed. They had to do quite a bit of digging, laid landscape fabric under stone to keep weeds at a minimum. I am very pleased with the work they did. They cleaned up after the job. Jobs well done!!
