“I've been treating with Nate at Hazardville Wellness for significant nerve pain that goes from my lower back and hip area all the way down to my ankle and foot. It can be excruciating and I have no idea what brought it on. I'm a fairly active person and the pain was starting to interfere with my normal workout routine. From the first visit, Nate was able to provide me with significant relief and after a handful of visits my issue is almost completely resolved. I don't how he does it, but he just hones right in on the root of the problem. To me, he works magic plain and simple. To top it off, Nate is a wicked nice person and a consummate professional. “This small place is in a mall that's seen better days. Friendly staff. The person who worked on me, 'Amy', was very good. Wore gloves & mask. Clean table w/clean paper for your face.I was concerned about the large towel used as a cover over my clothes. Would have preferred fresh. Fair prices, so I could leave a fair tip.“

My goal with personal training was to bridge the gap between physical therapy and my own independent workout routine. He did a fantastic job modifying exercises to accommodate my back injury, and I experienced the biggest reduction in pain since I started sessions with Tyler.Finding a personal trainer who knows and respects your limitations while simultaneously pushing you to improve as much as possible each session is incredibly difficult and worth its weight in gold.Aside from Tyler's valuable expertise, the rate per session is great.
