“I brought my 96 year old neighbor to get a pedicure along with myself. They could not have been more accommodating by firstly opening the door so she could get in with her walker, helping her onto the chain which was very difficult for her, taking off and then putting her shoes back on when done. Ann who did her pedicure was patient and understanding. Took her time and was extremely gentle.

My pedicure with Amy was equally as wonderful.

The facility was bright and clean. Everyone was extremely helpful.

The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is I also had my upper lip waxed and the wax must have been too hot and burned my upper lip section in 2 spots.
I did not know this until I got into the car to drive home. I know she knew she it was extremely obvious, but choose not say anything.
I should not have been charged for it.
Over the next few days it scabbed over. It looked very unpleasant.

But my overall experience was positive and I would definitely go back.“

There was one small thing, though, that I thought I’d mention. As I was leaving, I realized my pants zipper had been open. When I was paying, Amber seemed a bit distracted, possibly checking her phone, and I couldn’t help but wonder if she had noticed. Fortunately, I spotted it as I was walking out, catching a glimpse of myself in a glass door, and was able to take care of it before anything awkward happened.

I’m sure Amber didn’t want to make me uncomfortable by pointing it out, especially as a new client. Still, I think a quick, discreet heads-up would have been appreciated, just to avoid a potentially embarrassing moment. That said, it didn’t detract from the overall great experience, and I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit.“

“I have never had a problem there. I always go to the owner and she is great. I know some other stylist rent a chair from her, but they are not employed by her. If you have a problem with the salon just call and let the owner know. Her name is Laurie and she will take great care of you.“
