This place can be hit or miss. It really depends on which person I get. Some stylists are very friendly and talented. Some you can tell really hate working there, and don't understand simple instructions on what I want my hair to look like. I've been getting almost the same haircut for about 10 years, and it baffles me how I can give the most basic instructions in about two sentences, and then the stylist will be visibly not paying attention to what I'm saying and do something totally different. I wish I could get more consistency here, or just get the stylists that really listen and care. The prices are a bit more than I like to pay too.

I was honestly shocked with how good my hair came out, I went as a last resort because I've been desperately needing my bangs fixed and they were the only affordable place that was open, so I went expecting to regret it but Virginia was great and took the time to explain things and ask questions and she made me love my bangs again that had been previously messed up by a hair dresser at a different location

Went in for a trim , hair dresser was friendly and nice. Only issue for me was they didn’t ask if I wanted my hair styled or at least blow dry the client’s hair after washing it. So they don’t get sick going out in the cold with soaked hair . Nice workers other than that .
