I was so impressed with Dalenes. We had a horrible experience at a competitors business and the irony is that they actually recommended Dalenes to us. The showroom is well organized and very bright and open. You are greeted upon entering and we felt that the staff was very attentive. Our salesperson John Kangas was so helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and helped us to find the right floor for our bathroom. We were told it would take about two weeks for the floor to arrive and in two weeks time we had our floor. Again, their competitor promised the same thing and after a month of hearing different excuses, our floor never came in. I strongly recommend Dalenes!
