Scheduling was a breeze and they showed up on time for each phase of their Kohler Generator installation and set-up. The app for monitoring the generator is easy to use and also monitored by Bartholomew. They are a fabulous piece of mind.
Now that I’ve discovered and used Bartholomew Electric, I would never hire anyone else. The women in the office keeping it all together--Cory, Candi (electric), Danielle (generator) are all extremely knowledgeable, helpful and easy to talk to. There’s none of this waiting days for an electrician to call back.

Since installing a Kohler generator, we have had nothing but premium service from Bartholomew's office & staff. Danielle keeps everything humming in the office, and each tech, a master. Thanks, too, Scott, for not increasing the price of tune ups in these turbulent times. Appreciated!!
Outstanding response and service!!
A big shout out to Danielle & Todd. Danielle took my call immediately in advance of the biggest snow storm so far this season - our Kohler generator wasn't kicking over. Danielle was able to connect with Todd who happened to be on the road for a service call but in the vicinity. Todd stopped by within 30 minutes of my call - how often do you get service like that!? He immediately diagnosed the issue and had the generator running in less than 5 minutes with a software update. Todd knows his way around an engine and is very experienced with Kohler equipment. What an outstanding company. Thank you Danielle & Todd!
