He then noticed my more than 70 year old steel oil tank that was on it's last legs. He replaced the tank and really demonstrated his expertise and workmanship. The price was very fair. “The work I had done by Cool Breeze went right. My 1977 house with electric baseboard heat needed an upgrade! Cool Breeze came on time, spec'ed out a whole-house mini-split ac/heat system. They sent me a detailed written quote a day later. I checked into things and the price was very fair. I agreed to the job. They coordinated w/ my electrician, showed up two weeks later, stayed with me for three days til finished.
