I have been with Pennywise for 18 years now, since we moved to town. From the very first phone call just to get info and pricing I knew how this business was run. No getting rushed off the phone, time taken to convey info clearly. This is a family run business and it shows. Everyone there takes pride in what they do and are a pleasure to work with.

I have been a customer of Pennywise for over 10 years and could not be more pleased with all that they do, from providing fuel, to replacement and maintenance of the heating system and maintenance of air conditioning, everyone, from the front desk to customer service and the delivery and repair team, has been outstanding. Jack, Tom, and the team of professionals were exceptional as they recently replaced our 35+ year boiler and installed a new ductless heat/AC unit in a newly renovated space in our home. Pennywise technicians and management have always been extremely responsive over the past 10+ years we've used them for routine maintenance, emergency fix situations or new installations. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
