We had our old boiler hot water heater replaced with a new heat pump hot water heater and we also added an outside faucet (which had to be drilled through our 2.5ft thick stone foundation) and I have nothing but good things to say. Very straightforward process, quick and professional. Pam who answers the calls is amazing, great communication, friendly and professional.

Maus has been WONDERFUL for all our plumbing. While taking care of my grandma's property (sept 2020), the water heater went out. Called a couple other local companies but no one was as accommodating as Maus. they Did an amazing job, and I found out later they were my grandmas number one pick for plumbing! Should have asked her to begin with, hah!
