“Darien Pilates is exceptional. The studio is serene and welcoming. The instructors are excellent - encouraging, and knowledgeable and attentive - they tailor each class to the client's needs. I leave each class feeling stronger, more focused, and refreshed.”
“After years of doing Club Pilates, I discovered Maria's amazing studio in Stamford. This is the most personalized class instruction you'll ever find with a maximum of 3 people in each reformer class. She and her staff have literally transformed my body in the past few months. Maria has amazing instructors who correct my form in the most subtle ways but it makes all the difference in the results. I have a whole new perspective of Pilates. I feel like I've joined a family with her endearing interpersonal skills. The price is right too!”
“Every class is different and the teachers are great! Welcoming and encouraging. I always leave class feeling better than when i started - mind, body, soul.”
