    Ioanna is a great trainer. She did correct my form a few times oops lol If you have questions just leave them a message usually someone returns your call. No front desk person. I'm guessing the trainer that hour takes care of the calls after the class is over. Solidcore is no joke you will leave sweaty n feeling like jello. Def need at least 10 classes to know what you're doing. Def do the starter50 class if you're a beginner because you will be flustered. Def can't be late not even 5 mins! So be on time

    The class is an intense workout no matter your fitness level, but you can modify exercises if you have injuries without sacrificing the burn. The coaches are very nice and encouraging and the facilities are very clean. I highly recommend [solidcore].

    Seriously incredible and difficult workout that gets every single large and small muscle to complete exhaustion. I've never had my core worked so thoroughly! I had tried Pilates before, and was bored with the slow pace and breaks between movements. Not so here, the class just goes from demanding exercise to challenging exercise and so on, non stop. The structure of the class, and the instructors, push you to do more than you think you could possibly do, until full muscle exhaustion.
