First time at [solidcore] was awesome. Took a community class. Place was clean and cool atmosphere. I was nervous at first, but my instructor/coach Karley B was amazing. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. Good at explaining the moves & the platform/machine. She’s extremely motivating, I never wanted to give up. 50 minutes felt like 15 minutes. And I felt like a lean Bane or Thanos afterwards, which is what I’m looking for. My core muscles and legs are shot today. Need to make this workout a regular thing. I’ll be back in Karley B’s class when I can walk again.
