“They installed our 5 mini splits last year…the relief we feel over the last year is amazing. Constant temperature comfort! Ac or heat anytime with the push of a remote button. The systems are so adjustable and sooo much better than our baseboards or old “haul ‘em out” window air conditioners. The filters are easy to clean. We just had them serviced today to clean the indoor and outdoor units (we have dogs and cats and like things super tidy). They are the best people you can ever deal with. I’m so glad we saw their work truck at Cumberland Farms in Coventry that day and got their card!“

“Appointment was originally scheduled between 10-2 but a nearby technician (Nick) was freed up and arrived earlier, which was convenient. Nick was great. He quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Very courteous and professional. Somewhat pricey for a simple fix but that seems to be the norm today. Don’t mind paying to get someone who is licensed, insured and can genuinely assess and fix the problem. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.“

“Have had R&R come out for various non-urgent repairs and boiler maintenance over the last 20 years. A handful of aging copper pipe joints/valves replaced, and most recently a corroded steam pipe. I've only one issue in the distant past with a replaced outdoor spigot that broke after one season, and they came right out, determined that the original part wasn't for outdoor use and replaced at no charge. Reasonable prices and Ron is a wealth of knowledge and experience.“
