This is a fantastic family business. They have come out twice for minor plumbing issues (leaks, replacing toilets) and the work has been stellar. You can probably get work done cheaper but they do it right. To top it all off, their professionalism and responsiveness (prompt return of phone calls, scheduling service in a timely manner, etc.) are excellent. KMB Jaworski will always be my first call for anything plumbing.
For context, I am a 15 year tradesman and know a thing or two about operating a successful company. These guys get it. This is a great family business, I can’t say enough about how grateful we are. Our 25 year old oil-boiler died one evening leaving us without hot water. Ken Jaworski at KMB answered my phone call and spent 20 minutes of his own time educating me on what likely went wrong and what my options were moving forward. After he accounted for our family size and usage, and such things as our vision/goals for our house in the near future (going solar) and heating with a wood stove, he suggested an electric hot water heater.
