Our well pump failed on Christmas night and we called Northeast Well the next morning at 6 AM. The owner, Charles, was at our house by nine and had replaced the pump before noon. Friendly, great customer service and honest. Couldn't ask for better.

Called late at night after a power outage because my well pump wouldn’t stay on. Rather than charge me for an after-hours visit, I was given a walk-through over the phone that fixed my problem in minutes! I will definitely be taking all future business here, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for well service!
