In less than one hour, they identify the exact location of the water line leak underground. The repair was easily, then made by an outside contractor and my water leak was fixed. Thanks to ADL. I had a couple of different plumbers come to my house who said I would have to 'live with the odor' coming from somewhere in the bathroom. This went on for two years with various odor specialists coming out and telling me there was nothing they could do. I knew something was wrong, so I called American Leak to do a smoke test. When AL got there, they were professional and communicative. My pipes had been covered in spray foam by the previous owner and a smoke test was not going to reveal much if the leak was in the pipe area that was in the foam. AL was VERY upfront about the possibility of the smoke test not giving us good results and gave us the option to move forward...read full review
