Brett came out within hours of our call and was able to get our mainline cleared. Brett is a great technician worked hard to get the job done, cleaned up after he was done with the job. I will definitely use this company from now on!!

I received service same day which I didn’t expect. Brett was able to identify what our issue was and even though and refer us to a plumber that he works closely with to resolve our issue. We probably should have called a plumber first but had no idea where to start. I will definitely call on him again if needed.

I called Northeast Rooter on a Monday because my kitchen sink refused to drain. I had tried every trick in the book and still could not clear it out. Brett showed up within an hour and diagnosed the situation quickly. Brett was very up front with the price range and explained what needed to be done. The price was on par with what others would charge. Brett explained repeatedly that there was a risk of damage due to extremely old pipes and wanted to make sure I knew. Brett was extremely professional and did a great job clearing up the clog while also maintaining a clean area. Brett even stuck around and chatted with us on how to prevent this type of situation going forward....read full review
