“We had a QC fan installed by an electrician and ended up having some issues that caused the fan to stop working within a few weeks of install. Our 1st contact with QC CO was with Isabell who was wonderful and able to get us scheduled for a technician to come out and see what the issue was. Connor and his partner came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, and was super informative. Jared was also extremely helpful. All interactions were A+! Funny enough, Connor accidentally packed up our fan remote in his tool box, which we didn’t realize until about 7:15pm that evening. I contacted him, and he called me back right away to confirm that he had the remote. He drove all the way back to my house immediately to deliver my fan remote. WOW - customer service with QC CO is 10/10! Very pleased with them and would absolutely recommend them and use them again! :)“

“I just had the most amazing experience getting our hvac to cool properly again thanks to Shane and Bucky from Jim Needham. Excellent knowledge, costumer service, work ethic and completeness. They walked me through everything in the issue diagnosis, took pictures and documented numerical evidence of before and after. They were so thorough and at the same time so clean! “Highly recommend this company. I've used these guys a lot at this point. I've had them replace two complete systems (on two different houses). The first time Audy, the business owner, came out and sat in the kitchen with me and chatted while the guys did their work. Tom gave me his cellphone number, which I'm sure he regrets doing, because I called him long after business hours one night with questions about the thermostat I was installing. I'm sorry for that one Tom. But not once did he call me a moron even though I'm sure that I deserved it. I just had to have them come out and do a service on my A/C unit because I've had more dogs than a person probably should, and my furnace got clogged with dog hair. They sent Jamie out immediately and he was absolutely fantastic. Wonderful attention to detail. He made the furnace look brand new and it was a nasty job. I'm sorry for that one Jamie. The confirmed it had failed, quoted a fair price on the spot, & had parts in hand to address it.They replaced the plugs & cover completely & labelled it in the breaker box.When they agree to a service window, you get a text to confirm it. Showing up on time is an added bonus. Lots has changed since the "COVID" scramble, but Signature shines!P.S. It's rare that the Signature also put in my heating & air 3 years ago for much less than the competition, and continues the quality in the present.“
