“We had a QC fan installed by an electrician and ended up having some issues that caused the fan to stop working within a few weeks of install. Our 1st contact with QC CO was with Isabell who was wonderful and able to get us scheduled for a technician to come out and see what the issue was. Connor and his partner came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, and was super informative. Jared was also extremely helpful. All interactions were A+! Funny enough, Connor accidentally packed up our fan remote in his tool box, which we didn’t realize until about 7:15pm that evening. I contacted him, and he called me back right away to confirm that he had the remote. He drove all the way back to my house immediately to deliver my fan remote. WOW - customer service with QC CO is 10/10! Very pleased with them and would absolutely recommend them and use them again! :)“

The confirmed it had failed, quoted a fair price on the spot, & had parts in hand to address it.They replaced the plugs & cover completely & labelled it in the breaker box.When they agree to a service window, you get a text to confirm it. Showing up on time is an added bonus. Lots has changed since the "COVID" scramble, but Signature shines!P.S. It's rare that the Signature also put in my heating & air 3 years ago for much less than the competition, and continues the quality in the present.“
