Great service and communication throughout. The individuals that came to replace the broken part were very nice and knowledgeable. They Went above and beyond. Impact was by far the best priced. Only kind of issue was there was a bit of lead time for the part needed but that’s Carrier’s fault, Impact installed the part as soon as it was received.
Nick did a great job servicing our furnaces. He was very thorough and identified some issues that had been missed by other technicians from other HVAC companies. We definitely would recommend and hope to see Nick again.
