The experience was stellar from start to finish. Laurie in the office was so helpful. Andrew came early and diagnosed my furnace problem which was a bad motor. He drove to denver and back to pick up the part. From start to finish it happened in a day! Thank you so much!

had a 30 year old furnace and ac replaced with a Carrier unit. The installers did a good job and worked hard. The system had some error codes initially that required another visit to adjust, they were timely and communicated well. Overall, I would recommend Impact if you need a system replaced. I am satisfied.
