The BEST company around for anything from A to Z. My husband and I, knew we wanted ONLY Royal Electric to put in our new air conditioning and furnace and I was adamant. My husband never really dealt with anyone from there, but I always did. 15 years. We're SO happy, Very happy with their service, time of arrival, Their work, cleanliness, keeping us updated as to what was going on during the tear out of old unit and installing and hooking up the new. KERRICK, LOGAN & LARRY, YOU 3 ARE THE BEST, along with PHIL who took the time to actually listen to us and explain to us, what he thought would be the best A/C & Furnace. We felt that Phil was knowledgeable and actually cared about what we wanted and of course how much it was going to cost. ❤️ lol, I just love you Phil❤️?☺️ We actually met the owner when we had gone down to pay for the work to be done, and not realizing he was the owner at the time, he was so down to earth, we were talking about the high cost of everything now and he was asking if we were satisfied with our services we've had received so far thru the years, etc. We told him very happy with Royal Electric we keep coming back. He thanked us for loyalty with Royal Electric, We really had no idea he was the owner, couldn't believe it. WHAT A NICE MAN! The Ladies in the front office told us he was the owner after he had left. He had introduced himself as Roy and we had assumed he was an employee there. He was really, seriously very nice and interested in what we were having done. “Spectrum is the Best. My Son's water heater was broke and emitting Carbon monoxide in the house. Replace flex connector, shutoff valve and water heater in no time flat. Said they would be there the next morning and was right on time. Totally professional, courteous,, and Jess even installed Carbon monoxide detectors and fire detector. Scheduled the inspection. Spectrum also did drain cleaning and unplugged my daughter's house problem. Won't use anyone else . Best in town. Thank you Jess if you hadn't showed up my family would have been lost. “I called another company that came out really quick. They said they would get back with me by the end of the day with a quote to replace my condenser coil. It was leaking freon. A couple of days pass... still nothing. I called to find out about my quote and still heard nothing back after being told someone would call back. Almost a week later I called Total Service. Pat came out, found where the leak was and fixed it... not replace it, the same day! It was a very reasonable price also ($488). The next day, the other company calls with their quote...$7200!!! That's more than a whole new unit! Total Service has great service at a great price. I will use them again.“
