We had some water leakage in a bathroom that needed to be checked out on a Saturday morning. They were easy to get a hold of. Ralph came out promptly and was able to figure out quickly that the leak was not continuing so the repair could wait until the week when the prices were not as high as emergency repairs. He was very thoughtful, honest and clear in his communication. We will definitely be using Flow Right for our future needs! We also used them about a year ago for sewer pipe replacement and they were extremely professional and did great work then too.
Michael Lohmann was professional, clean, respectable, and worked hard to find the reason for the plumbing issues. He found a solution quickly and had amazing customer service. I would recommend Flow Right - especially Michael to anyone needing help with plumbing and needing the job done in an exceptional way! Also, PS if you are a single mother or single occupant person he is very friendly and I felt safe with him in my home. After scary issues with plumbing it felt good to know what the problem was and have it resolved.
Flow Right was Fabulous! We had tried to get multiple companies to come out and work on the problem we were having with our plumbing and none of them could come out quickly! Luckily, we called Flow Right and they were at our business in 1 hour to take care of our emergency!! They worked quickly and gave us easy to understand explanations of the work they were going to perform. Thank you Flow Right for getting our business back to normal!
