It all started on a snowy freezing day when the furnace went out and we were blessed to find Clarks Mechanical. We were immediately impressed because their technician Coral made us a priority and came out 4 hours early! The level of knowledge that she had was amazing and even though we ultimately needed new furnace/AC units, that blow was significantly softened by what came next. Once all the details for the new units were discussed and thoroughly explained, everything moved very fast. By the early afternoon a complete installation crew showed up to replace our broken units because the owner of this company had the insight to be prepared for the upcoming season and had our new furnace in stock!! They showed up with booties on their feet, tarps for their work path and the BEST crew ever!! They worked with smiles on their faces to finish that job until 10:30 pm!!!! (We thought for sure we would have to endure at least one more freezing night! ) They had the BEST attitude and work ethic! and we had a warm night with our new furnace!! We are so thankful for this wonderful company! They go above and beyond! If you ever need help with your heat or AC, this is the place!!! Satisfaction guaranteed!

As someone who is not even slightly educated on furnaces, I was nervous to have our furnace looked at because I know HVAC is an easy place for people to be ripped off and taken advantage of. Today, Coral came out and did her evaluation and I was blown away by her knowledge and bed side manners. She sat me down, showed me videos and pictures of what she found.. she helped me with 3 different plans to fix the issue at 3 different price points. She took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option and genuinely made me feel comfortable with our options. It’s hard to swallow having to invest so much money into your furnace, but it’s a lot easier when you’re able to trust and feel confident in your decision. I’m beyond grateful for her taking the time and educating me to the point where I feel comfortable relaying everything to my husband, but even then she said she’d be happy to talk to him on the phone if he has questions. You just don’t find customer service like that anymore! 10/10 recommend!!

They are reasonable in price and prompt

We noticed an unusual smell when our AC kicked on one day last week. After many years of using a large, well-known Pueblo HVAC company whose service (in my estimation) has suffered after being bought out by an even larger non-local entity, I was looking for someone smaller, local, competent, and responsive.

Clarks Mechanical met all the criteria. The lady I spoke to in their office was professional, friendly, and promptly scheduled a service call for the next day. On the service day, I was notified when the tech was on his way (on time as promised).

The tech, Levi Acosta, was outstanding. Like the office personnel, he was friendly and professional. He also proved his competence, quickly diagnosing that the smell was coming from a blower motor burning out. He contacted a distributor, made arrangements to get a new motor, and handled all the red tape to ensure the cost of the part was covered under the still-in-effect warranty. As this was on a Friday, and because the new motor wouldn't be available to install until Monday, he offered to bring out a portable AC unit to help get us through the 100-degree temps expected that weekend. On Monday, he arrived before the promised time and quickly and efficiently installed the new motor, got the system running, and made sure all the numbers were checking out as they should before leaving.

The entire process was no stress/no mess, with Levi demonstrating high-level expertise, follow through, personableness and a commitment to customer-focused service and transparency. He was also an excellent communicator.

Clarks Mechanical proved to be exactly what I was looking for -- local, responsive, nimble, and highly competent. Moving forward, Clarks and Levi are my new go-to HVAC resources.

This was just for furnace check up. Service was prompt, Jorge was on time and went to work. Both furnaces were checked out and cleaned. One part needed replacement and will be done this week. We also got an estimate for some other work to be done. Prices are reasonable and he didn't try to up sell us anything. Would recommend Clarks Mechanical for hvac work you might need done.
Just had Clarks Mechanical out to my house again. They are a 5 star company. Everyone from Cory, the estimator, Coral, the smart one with all the stats on products, and Christopher and his crew were right on top of everything. They removed an ancient furnace/ac unit and replaced it with a new more efficient unit in 1 day! It was even done on the same day as the estimate was done. We are 100% happy with the service and the equipment, slept in the cool air and can now get some work done around the house without raising a sweat. Thank you Clarks Mechanical.
