A big thank you to Total Service Heating, Air Conditioning & Refigeration! I had a water leak on Friday morning. I called 3 plumbers, 2 could not come at all, one could come after hours for a $145 service charge, parts extra. Tony from Total Service came and fixed it that afternoon! I highly recommend them!

I called another company that came out really quick. They said they would get back with me by the end of the day with a quote to replace my condenser coil. It was leaking freon. A couple of days pass... still nothing. I called to find out about my quote and still heard nothing back after being told someone would call back. Almost a week later I called Total Service. Pat came out, found where the leak was and fixed it... not replace it, the same day! It was a very reasonable price also ($488). The next day, the other company calls with their quote...$7200!!! That's more than a whole new unit! Total Service has great service at a great price. I will use them again.

They said because our heat pump was 23 years old, we would need to replace it as well as the air handler in the attic, and they gave us a quote. I asked Total Service to give us a quote also, because they are neighbors that I know of through my employer, and I like to support local family businesses. Eric came that afternoon and gave us a quote for the same unit (same brand, same specs), except it was considerably lower! A LOT lower! It came a day earlier than expected and Eric was here first thing this morning to install it. This… read full review
