This was not just a water heater replacement, but a complete redoing of our pipes as well as rerouting the exhaust vent and adding a combustion intake that was not there before. In addition to the water heater installation, Ivan also did an excellent job relocating two garden hose bibs. This involved cutting the ceiling in some areas of my finished basement but it was done cleanly. He also made sure to place plastic covers and “walls” to reduce the amount of dust.
