    It has been absolutely fantastic working with Annette. I came in with long-standing injuries in several different joints and she was able to create a personalized plan for strengthening and restoration of mobility. In just two months I've had an 80% reduction in pain, so I can move and be active so much more freely. She's also super warm and friendly, very experienced, and very good at flexibly adjusting exercises that don't work for me on the fly. I would definitely recommend working with her!

    Love training with Josh at Solid Fitness. He keeps it interesting, but simple enough to be able to do all the exercises. He has a different method that focuses on total body movement rather than isolated muscle exercises, which I feel has made me not only gain muscle but also become more flexible overall. Josh has a great sense of humor and is a good people person (I complain a lot during my workout and also ask a lot of questions and it doesn't bother him). My husband and I have been going to him twice a week for almost a year and we still look forward to going every week. Highly recommend :)

Right from the start, he conducted a initial assessment to create a customized program, including warm-ups specifically tailored to my body's needs. What truly sets him apart is his holistic approach—he has even helped me manage muscular pain that occurs outside our sessions.
