There is a reason this place is 5 star. Jake… Luke… Lance? Bloody hell I forgot your name brother, but I took your group fitness class this morning. 10/10. Programming was stellar. Coach was rad. Other members were super friendly. Space is great. The gym is definitely geared towards sport performance, and I mean this positively. General fitness can fit under the umbrella of sports performance, but it can’t go the other way, at least not with quality in specialty. Barwis Methods has been an incredible place for recovery and progress. From day one, the staff has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me improve. The trainers and therapists push you the right amount while still paying close attention to your individual needs and limitations.

Kara is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your progress. I could barely put a shirt on due to my injury and now I'm back to training 5x a week! Grateful to have her as my physical therapist!
