I have been training with Clayton Evans for several weeks and could not be happier having him as my trainer. When I first started, I did not have any sort of workout routine and was extremely nervous. Clayton took time during our first session to discuss my health goals, workout history and regimen, and touch on what is important to me. Clayton made me feel welcome, and truly makes me feel that he is interested in not only my health but also interested in helping me reach my fitness goals!
