I had a great experience at Activecore Physical Therapy. Dr Orton was very thorough and took her time leading me through various exercises. She took videos that she shared with me after the session so I can remember everything we went over. The space was very clean and comfortable with all the latest equipment and instruments for physical therapy. I highly recommend this practice!

I have been working with Skylar at Activcore, Greenwood Village for the past year. In that time, she has improved my flexibility, balance, strength and state of mind. I have worked with physical therapist’s previously and there is no doubt that Skylar is the best that I have worked with. I could not recommend her more strongly.

Skylar and Red Cord are amazing!I have hyper mobility and have been struggling to resolve an injury for four years. After my first session I was pain free in my neck for 5 days which was the first time in years. We have continued to progress and resolve pain in other areas and each time results in longer periods of reduced pain.I highly recommend Skylar and red cord to anyone looking for a great addition to their recovery and care.
