“The staff here is awesome the patients the patients who come to urgent care are utterly rude I see the comments it ain't the staff it's the patients I came to urgent care because I needed a breathing treatment I been struggling to catch my breath and just had surgery and I love this clinic was there 15 minutes before opening I was third in line 4 men and several other families just straight walk passed me and say there next they been in the cars even though they just pulled in and they just got there 5 minutes before opening I just left had 15 people cut in front of me the patients who come here are sad and have no respect for other patients they think it's all about them sad very sad but the staff is wonderful and so kind and patient had to come here after my surgery and this is the only urgent care I like and trust will be back at a later time“

“At one urgent care in golden I had a bad experience however, this location was great! Short line, kind staff, clean areas, etc. My one gripe was they took my vitals and typed in the wrong BP. It said 163/134. I didn’t realize that because no one spoke to me about it during appointment so it must’ve been wrong. For those who don’t know, I’m in my 20’s and a BP that high can cause strokes. I called them later about this mistake and they apologized. The appointment was ridiculously expensive for a couple of tests (Covid and flu, I was vaccinated but everyone around me at work got it) for about $446. I went to be cleared for work but usually I just tough it out until symptoms clear (or go to primary care but that takes months to get an appointment). But that’s more Americas fault and not the specific urgent care which is why I still have them 4 stars. Definitely don’t go unless you absolutely need to because I know some urgent cares give bad experiences. This time was good which can be rare but it’s the one I would go back to!“
