2229 Wildcat Reserve Pkwy, Highlands Ranch“I can’t say enough great things about this Pilates studio! The classes are challenging yet so enjoyable, and I’ve noticed such a positive change in both my body and mind since joining. The instructors are knowledgeable and always offer modifications to meet everyone’s needs. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the space is always clean and well-maintained.
A special shoutout to Molly at the front desk! She is always so friendly and warm, making every visit start off on the right foot. Her kindness and helpful attitude make the studio feel like a second home. Highly recommend!“
“I love this place. Celeste is the best. I'm a runner who always has issues with my knees. I need to get a monthly massage to help my knees and legs. Also, I like the diversity of teas.“

151 W Mineral Ave #119B, Littleton“My friend and I participated in a hot yoga session taught by Heather. Heather made me feel so welcome the second I walked through the door. The session was enlightening in all aspects: my mind, body and even spirit. Heather was attentive, graceful and her teaching helped me improve my practice and attain what I needed from the flow that day. I am definitely going to continue to practice and learn from the instructors here at Sumits Yoga! Thank you.“

12364 W Alameda Pkwy #145, Lakewood“Love this studio! The staff is very helpful and friendly. My 3 year old daughter’s teacher, Miss Jenna, is absolutely wonderful; she’s so sweet, patient, and fun with the kids, and has a way of leading the class with kindness and understanding of the skill and attention levels of the age she’s working with. My daughter adores her and can’t wait to come to her hip-hop and ballet classes each week.“

“The restorative class Sunday morning was a perfect reintroduction to yoga after not being in practice for too long. Beautiful room, music, instructor very good with readjustments. I’ll be back with a smile.“

22288 Blue Jay Rd, Morrison“Diane is an excellent yoga teacher. She created a session that worked for all 15 team members (including people of various skill and one pregnant yogi), bringing enough mats and blocks to our Airbnb for the lesson. The session addressed all of our asks - giving us a mix of stretching, flow, and meditation.“
“I have taken yoga nidra classes with Polina at two Denver yoga studios (Karma on Pearl St. & Elevate Yoga on Colfax) and really enjoyed both practices. Polina has an enthusiasm for the practice that comes across clearly and she is very knowledgeable in the history and science behind the practice. I liked that Polina included a tension release practice while laying down prior to the guided meditation. The music that she used was not at all distracting and her voice and accent are very well-suited to guiding a deep relaxation practice. I definitely recommend Polina's yoga nidra classes!“

7899 S Lincoln Ct Ste 201, Littleton“I am so grateful that my family has found Complete Health Chiropractic! Dr Hannah and Dr Pablo Ness are extremely friendly and knowledgable practitioners! I know that we are in very skilled hands. In addition, Dr Hannah is WONDERFUL with children! Both of our sons (5 & 7 years) have had awesome results from the care that they have received. The office also has lots of the latest and most sophisticated equipment (I love their traction table :-).Every time I leave their office I feel like I can breath again!Thank you so much Dr Hannah and Dr Pablo!“

1175 S Dale Ct, Denver“I definitely prefer this style of massage over the more traditional spa massage. The pressure was perfect and every area was stretched and opened from the top of my head to the tips of my toes. The stretching didn’t feel forced and I was surprised by the amount of flexibility in my legs once everything relaxed. In a quick session debrief Linda recommended some breathing exercises, which have really helped! I am training for a race and will definitely want to go back for more work with Linda over the next few months! Honestly, the emotional/stress relief in the days after the session was better than psychotherapy.“
“I can't say anything other than this studio is AMAZING. They had a promotion for the month of January that I happen to stumble upon and it's changed my life. I train everyday but Sunday. The owner Meghan is great and also allowed me to rent the reformer space to teach my colleagues. So AFFORDABLE when you're dealing with performers on the road. We needed somewhere to train that is good for dancers. So if you're into pilates and coming through Denver...CHECK FLUID FUSION OUT!!! The teachers are all smart and thoughtful. If you don't know what pilates is I highly recommend you drop in to this studio and take a class. They offer mat, barre, reformer, gyro, and private's. Anything you want they have!!! Fluid Fusion has made my two week stay in Denver MAGIC!!!!“

9AM - 7:30PM
100 Carr St, Lakewood“I started at Blue Spruce Yoga two years ago, wanting to learn a type of yoga that would help me perform poses to the best of my ability. Iyengar yoga focuses on just this, and I have learned so much from Leslie, Diane and Mandy. Initially, I used lots of supports, but as I’ve gained strength, flexibility, and body memory, I can do many poses with little to no support. The teachers at Blue Spruce are also great at working with folks who, like me, get sports injuries, or have other limitations, as they know countless ways to modify poses to work with any limitations. Along the way, I just happened to learn mindfulness and found a bit of inner peace in my practice of yoga.“

7AM - 7PM
437 S Wadsworth Blvd Suite F, Lakewood“I started doing Pilates here in August and absolutely love it! All the instructors are great, but my favorites are Erika and Megan!
I do wish that Erika’s, Suspend class would allow for the jump boards to be used again, that was primarily the reason I went to this class. Gets the heart rate up without impact.“
7:30AM - 12PM
3576 S Logan St Unit B, Englewood“Christina is a fantastic instructor. I have taken a lot of classes with her and she always surprises with new and interesting—and sometimes fun (lol)—challenges. She is one of my favorite instructors at Club Pilates Cherry Hills and I know I’m not the only one who shares that opinion … her classes always fill up!“
“We moved from CCRM (1 star) to Conceptions (4 star) and were really happy we did. CCRM was a private equity-owned IVF factory. CCRM waited months into the process to let us know the costs. Not only were Conceptions' prices lower than CCRM, but Conceptions was really clear from day 1 about costs. All of these clinics take on more clients than they should. But, Conceptions offered much more personalized service than CCRM. I feel like everyone knew my name and cared about my success. The embryologists, doctors and nurses were all excellent. They are very LGBTQ friendly. The only thing that prevents 5 stars is that they take on too many clients, so it can take 2+ months to get and appointment with the doctor or to have the next procedure you need. In the meantime, you're only getting older. Relatedly, I also felt like nobody explained to me that your first IVF often needs to be followed by an immediate second round within the same cycle to be successful. If you wait to get advice from the doctor, it is too late to take advantage of doing two IVF retrievals in one cycle. By the time I realized this was an option it was a real rush to get my insurance to approve the second cycle in time. But, I'm glad I did because the second round was the charm. I kind of had to ask a lot of questions and be my own advocate. I think this relates back to them being distracted by too many clients.“

“I can't say enough about Reel Performance. The staff is highly trained and wonderful to work with. The classes are small and the individual attention from the instructors makes all the difference. Their attention to detail and using correct form will optimize your results. I have experienced chronic pain for most of my adult life. I have experienced better results with Reel Performance than I ever did with physical therapy. I highly recommend this studio!“
