“Gordon and Gael and Coty and Chauncey were all wonderful. They were considerate and empathic and explained everything thoroughly and did everything they could to make our huge repair affordable. They also worked all day Friday and Gordon and Gael worked all Saturday, finishing at my house at almost 7 pm. I have a huge, and formerly well earned phobia of being insanely overcharged and generally ripped off by plumbers but this crew was everything I could hope for and the exact opposite of what I’ve come to expect from plumbers. I can’t say enough nice things about this crew that had to tear up all of our basement concrete to redo the ancient, rotted plumbing, and worked hard and long to finish it and get us back to a functioning house so quickly.
