Reviews
Matthew was available on a Saturday and answered his phone when we called. We had a serious 2nd floor mystery bathroom leak that was leaking all the way to the basement. Dealing with The restoration part will come next but Matthew was able to quickly find the source of the leak and stop further damage on a Saturday no less. He’s a smaller local business which seems to result in better more honest personal service. It’s really hard to find people you trust especially when reviews can be paid for and made up. I actually trust no one normally based on my line of work. However Matthew is actually a bit of an anomaly in that I believe he’s trust worth and would not hesitate to recommend.
I contacted Hero Plumbing and Drains to install a RP backflow preventer. Matthew came to my home twice (once to scope the project and once to meet with my water company rep to confirm the requirements) before the install. He was professional, he advocated for me with my water company, and he completed the project in a timely manner. The communication from him and his team was great. I highly recommend this company.
