“Tim is a class act. The shutoff valve in my basement developed a leak and I needed a quick repair. Tim had the water turned off at the street in less than a hour. When he came to do the work he saw that the problem could be easily fixed with an adjustment to the packing nut and had the leak fixed in seconds. “After the hottest day of the year, I was needing system maintenance done on our RTU as it could not keep up at our restaurant. I reached out to Kyle yesterday afternoon and he was able to come out first thing today. He and Terry showed up right when they said they would. They were able to go over our unit and see that our issue was not directly related to the RTU and did not try and scam us like many other HVAC companies do with older units. We used another company last year that told us that the unit needed to be replaced, so this was great knowing Kyle is not trying to sell us something we do not need. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new HVAC company due to over charges and false diagnostics.Service: HVAC system repair“
