I then arranged for a plumbing service visit, and a technician named Marc came out the next morning. Marc quickly figured out the best way to fix the blockage. He brought in a heavy sewer camera machine, accessed the line through the cleanout, and carefully inspected the pipe. The camera showed several trouble spots in the sewer line, including one deep in the run, but he was able to clear each blockage and get everything flowing again. After the line cleaning, he had me flush the toilet several times to confirm the drain and sewer flow were fully restored. He was polite, skilled, and very professional throughout the whole service call. He explained the problem clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the plumbing system was draining properly before leaving. It was a huge relief to have the sewer backup resolved, and I would gladly recommend this plumbing company and Marc for sewer line and drain cleaning service.”
