Go Direct was referred to me by a friend. They are honest, affordable and punctual. Something that is to be said for the sewerline industry. Wow! I was so nervous at first. My kitchen flooded on a holiday. This was the third place I called. The tech, Luis, was assigned to me. He was caught up on another fix but kept me updated the whole time. He worked after hours on a holiday and gave me his word he would get to me. He came through. He was professional, courteous and so considerate. He explained everything in detail. I would HIGHLY recommend Luis Valadez with Go Direct Plumbing for any job.
