Professional, friendly, great communication, excellent work. Couldn't be more satisfied. Old water heater failed and the old fittings were part of the problem. Had them come in and replace all the fittings, install new valves, and an expansion tank to bring me up to code.

When the water heater went out, even though it had been installed by another company and was still under warrantee, we had Nance replace it. Dealing with the other company had been a nightmare and it was worth the extra money to be back under the Nance umbrella.
