“I've used Coppersmith for years and they have always been honest and delivered with good quality work. Recently, my high efficiency boiler stopped working. I called Coppersmith and they couldn't get out until the next morning. Because I was out of heat I decided to call another "1 Hour" plumbing company. I paid extra for a "dispatch" fee and was charged $200 for diagnostics. I was told by the Plumber that the boiler needed a lot of work and a new gasket kit. I was initially quoted $1400 for the repair but when the Plumber called the next day he told me he had looked into it more and it would be $2200 for the repair and I would have to wait 5 days to get the part and reschedule the service call. That's 5 days without heat and hot water! I told them I would get a second opinion and called Coppersmith back. They came out within an hour and had my system up and running within 2 hours. I'm super grateful to have a plumbing company that charges fair prices, is knowledgeable, does good work, and most importantly, has integrity!“
“We have used this plumber many times and would highly recommend him to anyone. Above and beyond is not a high enough compliment. We made an appointment to have him plumb a new sink for us but when he got here we hadn’t done what we needed to do before he got here. We had never dropped in a new sink and didn’t know how. With his patience and help we do now. Any other plumber would have walked in and right back out. He is patient, kind and honest. They answered all my questions and were so kind. They handled the roots in sewer so quickly . . They were gone within 30 minutes. . Again I was so relieved . . It was so easy. I want to add , I Called two other companies . . They added to my anxiety by saying there would be a $49 - $59 dollar fee at once And they would not give me an approximate quote. .
