He got our swamp cooler up and running quickly. We were also in the process of getting a new roof. After he left the roofers had messed up the swamp cooler. We called Alex who happened to be on call for after hours. He made it to our house in minutes and got it fixed! We were so thankful. We have a baby and the house would have been too hot for her if he hadn’t come to save the day. He was a lifesaver and we cannot recommend him enough!“

Cam answered all of my questions about my current water heater, then about a faucet not related to this project, as well as questions about the new pump and its timer. His rates are more than a handyman, but his licensing assures me that he the work he does is to code, and that he understands the code. I wholeheartedly recommend Cam, and I will call him in the future including when it’s time to replace my water heater.“

“Needed our swamp cooler set up in the house we'd recently bought. GPS came quickly, only a couple of days after I called, on a Friday. They couldn't get it going, as the water line wouldn't hold pressure. They returned Monday morning to replace it, but I'd found out in the meantime, from the prior house owners, they'd moved the water line connection to a hard to see spot in another part of the house, but for some reason left the old connection appearing intact. The GPS guys quickly got it set up and running. Then they only charged the standard set up fee, even though they spent a lot more than normal time initially, and then had to return. If we need any plumbing in the future, I know who to call.“

“One day, the heat did not come on. I tried the troubleshooting steps, circuit breaker, new batteries, I found on the net but to no success.

We decided to call Coppersimth because my father in law used them a coupke of times and had nothing but positive things to say about. them.

Well, our problem was small and self induced. It appears there is a wall switch in the garage next to the furnace, exactly like the light switches in our house. I must have bumped into it.

The Copperswitch tech flipped it on and the furnace activated.
Since the issue was small, we were given consideration for such a short service call.
Now that is pure customer service.“

“Andrew Owens of Owens & Son’s Inc. fixed our septic drain field and saved us a boatload of money. Our septic drain field stopped working properly and caused a surface seep of septic discharge. The blockage in the drain field was so bad it raised the septic tank level a foot or two above where is should be. Our septic system is 35 years old. The first person we called to analyze the problem said our drain field was saturated and beyond repair. A new drain field costing $30,000 or more would be required. Seeking a second opinion, we called in Andrew Owens. Andrew was confident that the existing drain field could be rehabilitated. We proceeded first with installation of a septic tank aerator. Then Andrew located and installed a riser over the top of the drain field distribution box. Next, inspection ports were installed at the ends of the three drain field perforated pipes. Andrew then hydro-jetted the three drain field pipes and all began working as it should. Turns out over half of our drain field pipe was dry and unused due to plugging near the distribution box. Once unplugged, the system began working like new for a fraction of the cost of a new drain field. Andrew’s work was thorough, thoughtful and a good value for the money.
