Just a very nice friendly guy doing what he could to help. He was able to diagnose the issue was off property and we called a city person who then was able to come clear the line. “I called at 4:30pm to schedule a tech because my furnace was not working. I figured I would be without heat for at least a couple of days. Nan took my information and called me back within 5 minutes to let me know they had a tech on the way. The tech said they were on their way home but because I didn’t have any heat decided to take my call same day. They had all the equipment needed to repair my furnace and restore my heat.
