An elderly womans kitchen sink was broken for months. Home comfort charged us over 400$ and didn't fix the issue. Then quoted us 3800$ to fix the issue if its a 2x2 area. Garret was the technician that did the repair. He was very professional and courteous. We discussed the problem. He identified the problem and quoted the rate. I agreed and he went ahead with the repair. We discussed further repairs that would need to be done in the future and he emailed estimates to me. I was very satisfied with the service and will be using Rescue 1 in the future for all my plumbing repairs.
