Extremely satisfied with work and service by this company, specifically Alex and Tori. Great experience having my AC/furnace/humidifier serviced.Additionally water heater was serviced and work performed was outstanding and exactly what he said it would be. Definitely recommend this company and will be using them 👍👍👍
Avalanche arrived on time and identified the issue with the hvac system and repaired it. They were professional and knowledgeable about the system. Will use again if I have a problem.
We had Alex come out to service our swamp cooler yesterday and truly had such an amazing experience with him. He was thorough and informative as well as a very kind person. He got our swamp cooler up and running quickly. We were also in the process of getting a new roof. After he left the roofers had messed up the swamp cooler. We called Alex who happened to be on call for after hours. He made it to our house in minutes and got it fixed! We were so thankful. We have a baby and the house would have been too hot for her if he hadn’t come to save the day. He was a lifesaver and we cannot recommend him enough!
