We had Alex come out to service our swamp cooler yesterday and truly had such an amazing experience with him. He was thorough and informative as well as a very kind person. He got our swamp cooler up and running quickly. We were also in the process of getting a new roof. After he left the roofers had messed up the swamp cooler. We called Alex who happened to be on call for after hours. He made it to our house in minutes and got it fixed! We were so thankful. We have a baby and the house would have been too hot for her if he hadn’t come to save the day. He was a lifesaver and we cannot recommend him enough!
Mike and Alex cut out my existing grill, that was too small. Upsized the hole in the wall to allow for more return air. I noticed immediately that the air flow was better and it looks great.
Two service appointments.
The first was for Spring start up of swamp cooler. A leak was located around the overflow pipe and repaired. Then continued and finished start up.
I requested new cooler pads on first service appointment. They were installed on second service appointment.
On both occasions, the technician (Zach) was diligent, conscientious and good to work with.
