One customer had an issue with their tankless water heater and sought a second opinion from Pride after suspecting another company's technician of not knowing what they were talking about or trying to charge excessively. The Pride technician, Jeff, was described as honest, fun to talk to, and extremely helpful. By installing a few new parts, Jeff reportedly saved the customer thousands of dollars. Another customer praised the service they received while having a swamp cooler installed, noting that it was not cheap but worth it. The job was completed in less than a full day, and they appreciated the great service from Roger S.

Additionally, another customer highlighted their amazing experience with Pride Plumbing from start to finish. They mentioned how the team was forthcoming with information and genuinely cared about their work. The customer had a swamp cooler install done that included replacing a roof jack, redoing the plenum, and installing a new rooftop unit. They felt that Pride did not attempt to overcharge them and were responsive to phone calls, unlike some local companies. A different customer, Anthony and Julieo, received fantastic service when fixing a hot water heater that went out suddenly, noting that the technicians showed up quickly and were very professional and efficient.

Pride Plumbing is highly recommended for anyone needing help with heating and plumbing issues.
